I am a certified Play and Creative Arts Therapist. I offer support to Children, Adolescents and Parents in the South West of Oxfordshire and close surrounding areas.

I am an experienced therapist who is committed to helping my clients overcome the obstacles that are in their way and live free, peaceful and fulfilling lives. I have a strong belief that when our 'foundations' are fragile everything suffers, which is why my private practice is focused on building and strengthening, Self-Esteem, Emotional Well-Being, Personal Awareness & Better Mental Health. I see clients with a broad range of presenting issues. Some have a particular habit or behaviour they wish to change, some just 'don't feel right' and want to understand their relationships and emotions better, others need to heal from a difficult or traumatic past. There are no rules when it comes to therapy, it is your time - I am there to support, guide and facilitate what you need with compassion and understanding.
