Lush Spa Covent Garden

We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on a busy high street. Our floral street entrance is step free, our Long Acre entrance has a small step. Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation.. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop. Our shop floor area is fully wheelchair accessible, however our Spa area is temporarily not accessible for wheelchair users as our lift is broken. No - We do have toilets in store for spa clients, however these are downstairs. The spa area is currently not wheelchair accessible Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
