We have a lovely garden with sea views, firepit area, hot tub, barbie and kitchen - all of which can be used (firewood and hot tub at extra cost) The rooms are comfortable and affordable, and we are flexible with usage of house and facilities. TV and internet. Pets allowed and smoking outside.
