Seasonal food and drinks. Our flagship site, Watch House Tower Bridge, has already undergone quite the transformation since opening its doors in 2016. Starting off a little further down the street, we moved into the Cardamom Building in the summer of 2019. Drawing design inspiration from the merchant history of the River Thames, we have retained the incredible original pillars of the building, balancing soft and industrial textures. Doubling the size of our flagship has given us the opportunity to offer more people the best of what we do. This House seeks to showcase our ambitions as big as we dare - whether you’re in need of the perfect pour over, an exciting office lunch break or a delicious brunch spot the team has got you covered.
