We aim to make our B&B a home-from-home, right in the heart of St. Austell. We are a 2 minute walk from the town centre, so you are welcome to leave your car in our car park as entertainment and eateries are only a few minutes walk away. Our location is fantastic for exploring Cornwall - we are a 10-minute walk from St. Austell rail and bus station, 15 minute drive to the Eden Project or Lost Gardens of Heligan. Many beaches are within a 20-minute drive, and the far West of Cornwall can be explored all within an hour's drive. We hope you enjoy your stay in Cornwall!
