During the summer of 2018 The Houblon has undergone an extensive and sympathetic renovation and restoration, reinstating the historic beauty of a truly unique building. Furnished to stately home standard, the restored 300 year old solid oak beams have been joined by a solid granite wall and bar, oil paintings and antique furniture making it a truly luxurious and relaxing space both for diners and for those wanting to enjoy a fantastic bottle of wine by the open fire.
