The George and Dragon, Lamberhurst has been recently taken over by a local family to the area. Our aim is to keep the essence of a pub but with a restaurant that produces good homely, affordable food. We want to bring a family friendly location to the heart of the village, having been in the area ourselves for some time we feel this is something for all locals and visitors to enjoy. We are situated near to many historical tourist areas such as Bayham Abbey Ruins, Scotney Castle and not too far is Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum. The village of Lamberhurst is part of the Old A21 so the new A21 not too far from us which is a through route between Hastings and London. In the Summer months we have a beautiful terrace alongside the River Teise for some Al Fresco dining or the Winter months we have Log fires to enjoy the warmth. Come along and see us and receive a warm friendly welcome, good service and hearty food.
