Stoney Ridge

Stoney Ridge offers a warm welcome to guests in our highly commended bungalow situated on a hillside. Most rooms enjoy a commanding view over the village and to surrounding hills, crags and moors. We are set in three quarters of an acre of established gardens, which attract a large variety of wild birds, also our colourful poultry can be viewed as you enjoy your breakfast. Our other facilities include accommodation for eight people in a choice of four rooms. Three of these rooms are en-suite the fourth room being a twin-bedded room with private facilities. We now also offer a very large luxury suite with sitting area and stunning views, All rooms are equipped with tv, radio, WiFi, hairdryer, tea and coffee tray. Guest's enjoy our large sitting room, with a television and information table. Leading off the sitting room is a large balcony which has magnificent views. Your hosts Richard and Helen have long associations with Stoney Ridge since the property was built in 1973 we are local and as such have a fairly wide local knowledge. We started Bed and Breakfast in 1990 as an experiment and loved it so much we are still doing it. Our first 'victims' still return so we must be doing something right.
