I offer world Cookery Classes, Catering and Demo & Dine. Cookery Classes: Fixed monthly classes are in Central Bath. Alternatively I offer bespoke classes at a date, time and menu of your choosing. Classes are akin to a meal at a friend's house informal and informative. Typically, my guests spend about three hours with me. Catering: if you are having a party or would like me to deliver a meal for two, in your home, boat, Air B & B or rental home, please just email. I specialise in world food, vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, gluten & dairy free diets. Demo & Dine Demo and dine is an inbetween offering where I come to your kitchen, demonstrate a few dishes then leave for you to enjoy the meal.
