Shapla Indian restaurant

Being in barnet for a few weeks and looking for a good INdian restaurant I went to the Shapla as it was nearest to the underground station. It was Saturday evening and I went in at 6pm when they opened. It is a typical restaurant that is clean and has friendly staff. Within an hour the place was three quarters full and getting busier. The food was excellent and the tastes showed that the chef didn't just cook but knows what he is doing. The staff and owner are very friendly and attentive. I have been back three times since and will go again. All in all a place I would recommend to anyone.
