Rose Cottage is a small bed and breakfast located in the beautiful conservation village of Brant Broughton, 15 minutes from Newark and 30 minutes from the historic city of Lincoln. We offer 2 en suite bedrooms with king size beds and 1 king size room with sole use of the main bathroom. We also offer the Snug room for guests to relax in and a beautifully decorated dining room for Breakfast. Parts of the cottage date back to the 1650's. With log burners in the guest snug and large hallway. There is a pub/restaurant just 2 minutes walk from Rose Cottage
