Our belief stems from the discovery of the authentic beauty of a traditional Milano pizza. 30 years ago, our Master Pizza Chef had the opportunity to learn from the oldest pizzerias in Milano, Italy. What he learned was that a healthy pizza can lovingly be crafted from the freshest ingredients and of course the best virgin olive oil. Today, we have perfected the art of creating a healthy pizza on nutritional pizza bases; gluten-free, sourdough and whole wheat.
