National Conciliation Service 2024

The National Conciliation Service (NCS) is an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme recognised by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, aimed at assisting consumers in resolving disputes with traders. The service requires that complaints be raised with the trader prior to contacting the NCS, and is designed specifically for disputes not involving finance agreements under the Financial Ombudsman Service.
