Magdalen Quarters is a unique two bedroom house, accommodating up to 6 guests in total. Located 5 minute walk to the main Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital Main Campus in the salubrious area of St. Leonards almost next door to Exeter St Luke’s University Campus. The property is also within easy walking distance of Magdalen Road parade of shops, where you can also find independent boutiques, cafes, coffee shops, eateries and the homely Mount Radford Pub. The space The lounge decor style interior is industrial influenced, however this doesn't mean that there is a lack of comfort or the standard amenities you would expect. If you prefer not to walk to the city center, there is a bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance which will allow you to get central in order to visit the museums, shopping malls, bars and restaurants as well as easy reach to Exeter City FC ground. Guest access the whole house, including Garden Courtyard.
