Bong Su’s passion for food started in his mother’s kitchen, where he would admire his mum’s love of food and cooking when he was younger. Not only his sushi will tantalize your taste buds, but also his Japanese curries, Korean sweet and spicy chicken and ridiculously tasting gyoza.
