KIBOU is a Japanese hot kitchen, ramen and sushi bar that's been serving up award-winning Japanese food in the heart of Cheltenham for the last 10 years. Starting life as a small basement restaurant on Regent Street, we soon outgrew our venue and moved to much larger premises just down the road in September 2020. Inspired by the nostalgia of Tokyo’s eclectic streets, we're a laid-back, day-to-night eating and drinking space that fuses casual dining with the golden age of Japanese whisky, sake and cocktail seduction. At KIBOU we strive to provide a contemporary taste of Tokyo, serving all your favourite handmade sushi, the tastiest of ramen, pillowy bao buns, rich katsu curry and crispy tempura. We also have an ever-changing selection of Japanese specials throughout the year. We've also been fortunate to win a number of acclaimed awards along our journey, each testament to the importance we place on offering great food and warm and friendly service.
