Hotpod Yoga

At Hotpod, we provide hot Vinyasa Yoga classes in our very own inflatable studios, heated to 37°C. Thousands of years of yoga tradition are pared down to some critical, logical and powerful elements; creating a highly accessible, high impact yoga for all ability levels - to work your body and calm your mind.

effraspace is host to a range of activities, from postnatal and pregnancy classes, to meditation workshops, free film nights, private hire and a licensed cafe. We hold a full schedule of baby, toddler, kids, adult and seniors classes - all with fully certified and DBS insured teachers. You are welcome to pop in for a coffee, and we cater to mums and babies, prams and toddlers in our breastfeeding-friendly cafe.
