Hannah's Meadow is a nature reserve located in Teesdale, part of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is managed by Durham Wildlife Trust. Once owned by the renowned farmer Hannah Hauxwell, the reserve features rich unimproved upland hay meadows and grazing pastures that support a diverse array of wildlife.

Recognized as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, Hannah's Meadow is celebrated for its traditional wildflower species and is part of the Coronation Meadows initiative.
