Familylodge Guest House is in a superbly central location, just across the road from the pier (100m). It is only a 2 minute walk from Eastbourne's award-winning beach (200m), eateries and shops. Our comfortable B&B accommodation comprises six bedrooms which are all en-suite and include single, twin and family rooms all with free internet access. Our spacious family rooms also offer sea views and look across to the pier. Room 3 also has a balcony with seaview. Our prices include a self-service breakfast with hot drinks cereals toast&spreads fruit juice and a selection from croissants salamis boiled eggs and yoghurts.
