Dingles Restaurant

Perhaps the smartest place for breakfast lunch or afternoon tea is the top (fifth) floor restaurant of Plymouth's largest department store, formerly Dingles, now House of Fraser which has spectacular views across the city and towards the sea from a large modern rstaurant with very many window side tables and an extensive all day menu of hot and cold food. A good place for locals and especially trippers and tourists to relax and eat in the city. Worth a Tripadvisor entry.
