Charlcot Lodges enjoy a safe and private woodland setting close to the market town of Masham located in beautiful Wensleydale. These Yorkshire lodges offer you the ideal base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales and to unwind in peaceful surroundings. At the entrance to Charlcot house and grounds is the start of a wonderful traffic free bridleway, which takes in far reaching views of Wensleydale. The walk follows the River Ure upstream and brings you to the grounds of the ruined Cistercian abbey at Jervaulx. Designed for you to enjoy an outdoor summer holiday or a cosy winter break, the Scandinavian lodges are tastefully equipped. The spacious accommodation consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, storage area and large open plan lounge/kitchen. Each lodge has its own outdoor decking with railings and picnic table for dining al fresco. The lodges are well laid out and very comfortable.
