Set within the visitor's centre of Queen Elizabeth Country Park, on the beautiful Southdown’s Way, the Beechwood Kitchen was reopened in late 2019, following an extensive re-modelling and refurbishment. Comprising of both an internal seating area, open kitchen, and large external patio area on the edge of the forest. Popular with mountain bikers, dog walkers, runners, ramblers and families alike, we offer anything from a quick 'Grab & Go' solution for those in a rush, to a comprehensive cafe style menu for those that wish to stay a little longer. With an emphasis on healthy, nutritious food, we aim to provide a warm friendly atmosphere, serving from breakfast to late afternoon, with a growing range of homemade foods sources locally. In addition, we also have two kiosks, one on the highest point of the Southdown’s Way, Butser Hill, and the other which has recently been refurbished, within Juniper Carpark. Both of our kiosks offer quick snacks and a range of drinks and ice creams.
