Amala Spa and Club is located within Hyatt Regency Birmingham, in the heart of the city. Amala Spa is an urban day spa, and comprises of six state-of-the-art therapy rooms and a Turkish Hammam. Amala Spa’s treatments build upon the cornerstones to wellbeing, sound nutrition, regular exercise, peace of mind and care of the face and body. Amala gym features a full range of brand new Matrix Fitness equipment, offering a full body workout. Amala Club boasts a 16m heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and a cold water plunge pool enabling our members to rejuvenate.
