Aldershot Pools & Fitness Centre

The Dunstable Centre is one of the outstanding community sports and cultural centres in the surrounding area. The centre boasts a great range of facilities to benefit the community in a number of ways. There are two pools, including a 25-metre, six lane main pool and a smaller teaching pool. There’s also a large, well-equipped gym (refurbished in 2023), three group exercise studios, a sports hall and two squash courts. Away from the sporting facilities, the centre also boasts a café and a library.

Houghton Regis Leisure & Community Centre brings the absolute best of activity to everyone in the community. It boasts a wealth of first-class leisure facilities that are ideal for all. The gym is packed with all the latest equipment, and there are dedicated group exercise studios, a group cycling studio and two squash courts. The three swimming pools host various activities in the water, including lane swimming, inflatable fun and Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons. Houghton Regis Leisure & Community Centre also boasts a café, a children’s outdoor play zone, a relaxation room, and a flexible community space.
