Persille means marbled in French. Persille is a meat house. We are the both a butchery and a fast casual restaurant. You can buy here more than 70 different pieces of meat and delicatessen. Our meat is provided directly from french cattle breeders, who raise their cattle open air. Our food is home-made with fresh products and of course with excellent meat. We propose you for lunch from monday to saturday and for diner from wednesday to saturday a fast casual restaurant service. You can chose a piece of meat in the fridges and we cook it for you. You can also have our excellent burgers made directly from our fresh home-made patties. We also have steak tartare, home-made diserts ... Enjoy a true different experience with eating in a new kind of french butchery.

This bistronomic restaurant is located at the 2nd floor of the cultural center EP7. Facing the National French Library and the Seine river, the restaurant offers a fresh, homemade and honest kitchen. Flavours, quality of the products and a wine focus are the keys of the concept. The menu offers a French cuisine, with subtile notes of all around the world : LAO is open-minded as long as the taste is the best ! This cuisine is paired with artisanal wines, where winemakers leave their taste and their terroir in their wines. Selected by a former Gordon Ramsay’s sommelier, around 30 wines, representing the diversity of the french vineyard, only ir organic and biodynamic appraoch for the best experience in the glass.
