Le Petit Mitron is a traditional bakery making all of these products. We were rewarded for second place in the competition for the best regional croissant in AOP Charentes-Poitou butter. Didier Lavry, his manager, is Master Artisan Baker, and is a graduate of the National Institute of the Bakery Pastry of Rouen. Quality and regularity are, according to him, the key words of the Bakery. Didier Lavry's specialty is La Parisse, a traditional baguette with natural sourdough.
