Xavier MATHIEU created his bistro in one of the rooms of the hostellerie and outdoors around a fountain recreating the atmosphere of a place of our charming villages. We offer a contemporary and simple cuisine based on family traditions with the best products of the region. We present a deliberately short menu frequently renewed, proposed dishes will evolve and change to the tastes of the markets and seasons.
