Erdre Intime

Eight urban charming cottages for two, from studio to T3 apartment for six people, some studios are combined to accommodate eight sets people. Each unit is equipped for short or long-term tenants with bathroom, kitchenette, sleeping in 140 beds or two twin beds. Many have gardens of which 100 sqm overlooking the Loire. All are around the Loire and the port of Nantes in the tourist district Trentemoult, sailors and fishermen being replaced by artists and designers. One is on the island of Nantes, easily accessible from the railway station, convention center and city center (10 minutes by feet). All are very close to the "machines de l'ile, hangar a banane and elephant" by bus, tram or ferry. Themas on Cap Horn, beach, old nantes, books.... And a splendid gentleman launch of 1936 to sail on river Sevre, river of the vineyard.
