Caffè San Carlo

A bar in the purest tradition of former days is inspired by beautiful Parisian breweries but claims loud of Noailles. From 7 am till 10 pm a continuous duty proposes from some small coffee to the organic croque-monsieurs and we sit at the table more for a long time at lunch time and of the dinner for a magnificent room of the butcher or a day fresh fish there. All the menu is "Home-made" As for the atmosphere, the woodwork in oak, grounds terrazzo and a corner armchairs low club-table brings a zest of the luxury the 30s. Outsid, in terrace, we smell the excitement of this typical district of Marseille.

The Black Bird Coffee, a cosy coffee/tea lounge with a contemporary setting, offers a wide choice of tea, local beers, pastries and balanced dishes. Eugenie and Roland welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday for a breakfast, a meal or an after-work. They serve a delicious brunch on Sundays. A small grocery space sells products from the Provence region.
