Casual restaurant but very careful of detail. We want to make our homely hospitality feel to anyone who wants to visit us. We have eight low tables and four high tables, we believe that it is the right amount for each diner to feel comfortable. We do not want to lose control of what is happening in each one of them, that is why we will not add tables, we do not have that ambition, our project is not a crowded restaurant, but a space to feel comfortable, tasting our dishes or enjoying our combined. The members who make up the Chantarela work “staff” are constantly evolving and learning, in search of new gastronomic and cocktail trends; we love discovering new flavors and presentations and telling our customers about it. Drink good wine and listen to music that lends itself to dialogue and tranquility.
