The only restaurant in the center of Valencia that uses the Josper oven, challenging the traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, to enhance the flavors of the typical dishes. Unlike the other restaurants, we are the first in the center of Valencia to use a Josper oven to improve the traditional Mediterranean cuisine. A new and exclusive experience, not replicable in any other restaurant.
