Tilda Og Karl

Tilda og Karl is a family owned eatery, founded by a Swiss/Sicilian – German couple, Lisa and Francesco in Nørrebro. They are serving organic, local and seasonal food with a heartfelt and homemade touch, in Mediterranean style. They are open from Wednesday to Sunday, from breakfast to dinner, and are playing an active role in their neighborhood of Stefansgade Kvarteret. The dinner menu changes every week, based on the fresh produce they get from their farmer partners around Denmark: from Birkemosegaard, Ærtebjerg Jordbrug, Spis Min Gris, etc. In their kitchen and bar, they make all of their condiments from scratch and there's a minimal waste approach: they strive to use every part of the produce and animals they get, honouring and respecting the gifts of nature.
