Restaurant Øret

Restaurant Øret (The ear) is; nice food and drinks, good and friendly service, the best ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere. In our kitchen, our food is cooked from scratch and we only use fresh fish from local fishmongers and bread all the fish ourselves. Our popular Ribeye Steak is specially selected from the local Vindeby Slagteren and Burgers are almost 100% organic. We also have vegetarian dishes and some vegan. We serve - very tasty - local beer (Svendborgsund Bryg and Rise Bryggeri) and wine from Økologisk Vinimport (Organic Wineimport) located in the nearby Svendborg. The restaurant is located in the most beautiful nature and if the weather is good, You can sit outside on our large cozy terrace. The water is 5 min. from the restaurant from where you can take a walk in the beautiful protected area "Skansen".
