Fraser Suites Food-Pairing-Restaurant „THE DINING RooM“ opened in May 2019 in the Library of the former Old Chief Financial Directorate -Signature restaurant in the newly opened 5 star plus hotel "Fraser Suites" in Hamburg-Rödingsmarkt from May 2019 Chef Daniel Thompson brings food pairing of cocktails and dishes from London to Hamburg Menu focuses on new flavour combinations of well-known great dishes and accompanying cocktails from 1920 to 2020 Daniel Thompson has learned his trade at 3 Star chef Gordon Ramsey, at Buckingham Palace for the queen and at the US President's summer residence in Palm Beach. Since then, he has been about 12 years as last deputy kitchen director at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg -The imposing 400 m² restaurant was built into the former library in the heart of the monumental old chief financial directorate building -The guest enters the imposing Art Deco restaurant through two lavishly decorated listed neo-baroque entrance doors.
