The MiBERZ shows archaeological finds of the world heritage “Mining Cultural Landscape Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří” that are unique throughout Europe and offer insights into the life and work of medieval miners above and below ground. Early technologies and equipment used in the mining and processing of silver ore are explained in detail. The rare exhibits, which date back more than 800 years, are in excellent condition.
