Tradition and a regional identity are important values for owner and head chef Theodor Wanders since they have in part made sure that Hotel-Restaurant Wanders is well known far beyond the region. For the a la carte dishes and the popular introduction menus we use fresh ingredients and always give preference to local and seasonal products.
