The objective of the Kulturbunker Koln-Mulheim e.V. is the promotion of art and culture in Cologne-Mulheim for people of all social strata, nationalities and age groups. There are events in many cultural areas, such as parties and concerts of all kinds, exhibitions, theater performances, readings, seminars and much more! There is also a cafe and a beer garden.
