Located IN the Mittellandkanal, a high frequenced river in the north of Hanover, the Schifftaurant serves the finest dining culture since 2012. Chef Olli Erdmann is known for his handpicked ingredients with no additives at all. His Wiener Schnitzel is made originally and served the whole year because of its popularity.
