Welcome to Octoberfest 2016 in Munich in beautiful bavarian accommodation ! Welcome in our Bed and Breakfast Bavaria ! You will feel at home ! Our beautifull house with family atmosphere is sourrounded with beautifull nature and rooms are very quiet. Our cosy recreationroom has a splendid view in our garden and pond and into german alps. Our rooms are quiet and nicely furnished .We have a large common bathroom in first floor with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks and toilett. In our bavarian kitchen you enjoy to have your breakfast. Outside of the house you can relax in our rain covered outdoorplace and our gardenplace, surrounded with flowers and trees. In the house there is my Praxis of Osteopathy as well as the Gallery of Fotografy. You can book aTreatment as well as buy beautifull Pictures. We have well known Octoberfest in munich and I send you some fotos about it. We have free parking and free Welan. Munich is about 26 km from our place and you can reach it with car or S bahn ( S7) easily in about 35 Minutes. To octoberfest it is advisable to go by S bahn. You can also visit our beautifull sights and places in the surrounding as beergardens, the famous church in Kloster Schaftlarn , our beautifull lakes Starnberger See, Ammersee, Ostersee, as well as Garmisch with the highest mountain Zugspitze, and King Ludwig places as Schloß Neuschwanstein and Herrenchiemsee. Also munich opens ist treasures for you. You can visit the english garden, the Museums and book for opera or theatre and also visit famous Allianz Arena.
