Every day we boil fresh pelmeni and vareniky and serve them with a wide variety of sauces, sour-cream and fresh verdure. Pelmeni and vareniky are different types of dumplings stuffed with various fillings (meat, fish, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and onions or sweet with cherries or cottage cheese and apricot).
