While Maître Confiseur Stephan Schiesser is creating the most beautiful cakes in the bakery, Rosalba Schiesser receives and serves charmingly in the café, tea room, shop and terrace at the Marktplatz Basel and in the elegant chocolates boutique 'Schiesser Chocolatier' at the Bankverein, Basel. The time-honored Confiserie Schiesser is a place of enjoyment, exchange and pause in the heart of the old town of Basel with a spectacular view on the beautiful red town hall. All delicious specialities are handmade, from local ingredients.
