At the Restaurant Veranda, located in the spacious winter garden in the heart of our hotel, we serve our daily lavish breakfast buffet in the morning, as well as our daily Tasting Menu in the evening. Let our Executive Chef Alain Kuster, awarded 14 points in the Gault-Millau guide, and his brigade take you on an alpine culinary journey with fresh regional produce while mesmerizing on the magnificent views of the Matterhorn. Once a week our famous Valaisan evening takes place, where we delight our guests with a raclette and dried meat specialties buffet. Accompanied by Jodel music, this theme night is a truly authentic experience not to be missed while in Zermatt!
