We work hand in hand with nature and strive for a sustainable corporate culture. For example, we rely on natural, regenerative cultivation methods without artificial fertilizers and obtain our electricity exclusively from renewable energy sources. We make decisions collectively and as a stock corporation we do not operate for profit. To do this, we invest in people and in social working conditions.
