Bedeque, Prince Edward Island C0B 1G0
We are open Fridays and by appointment all autumn and winter! The Bedeque Area Historical Museum preserves and displays the history of the local community. The Museum is housed in the old Callbeck building, a historical country store as well as in the 19th century L.M. Montgomery Lower Bedeque School. The museum has over 30 exhibits that showcase many of the over 4000 objects that are held in the collections. Displays include Mi'kmaq, Loyalist and Acadian history, Callbeck’s store and Borden ferry service. There’s something for everyone to learn and enjoy!
