Nalin Mehra, our Chef & Co-owner grew up in New Delhi and has always wanted to deliver a modern take on authentic Indian flavors here in the West. At Gully Boyz, you can build a custom burger, bowl and roll or choose from one of our signature options. An amalgamation of western flavors along with the richness of Indian spices & curries. Our food is served in an easy-to-go format that supports your personal taste and dietary preferences. We are all about the process and stay away from processed. We use fresh (never frozen) meats & produce from our local suppliers. We take pride in the fact that all our curries, sauces, toppings & chutneys are made in-house with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
