Patria "The Homeland " Patria is a restaurant born out the idea of the lifestyle and soul of the Spanish culture. A country rich in tradition of dedication to artisanal cuisine and wines displayed in the Boquerias and Tapas bars throughout each region. The menu will be an authentic representation of the rustic styles, sourced from the highest quality of available products from Spain and Ontario.
