Our objective at Motorino Enoteca is to serve traditional Italian and European dishes with a modern twist, keeping intact the values of simple ingredients that are naturally grown, GMO free and organic; never using preservatives. Our restaurants maintain a "scratch" method, meaning everything is made fresh in house from scratch. We only use the best equipment imported from Italy like Stefano Ferrara and Nella Forni enhancing our traditional flavours. With deliveries of fresh ingredients coming in 7 days a week, we have no need for processed ingredients and our house made gelato is the only product we store in our freezers. All dishes on our menus, Chef's weekly specials, and dessert features are prepared daily in house. We take pride in providing a true authentic Italian cuisine with natural, fresh, and highest of quality ingredients
