I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected find clarity, healing, and the tools they need to thrive.

I am accepting new clients! What is happening in the world is abhorrent. There is so much shame and too little empathy. I want to support you through this. I will help guide you through your past and present experiences. Leading you to meet yourself with less shame, more self-compassion and a better understanding of who you are. I help clients with skills to regulate emotions and separate their illnesses from their self-concept. You can begin to move forward no matter what trauma or painful experience you have faced.
