OCD Wellness was founded on the principle of supporting individuals and families in regaining their life and learning how to live well with OCD, using an evidence-based, gold-standard approach. We ensure individuals are provided with an empathetic, educational, and empowering environment, met with integrity and respect. OCD Wellness specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD. However, we recognize OCD doesn't always travel on its own. Therefore, we also provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics (CBIT).

Our Barrie-based practice provides in-person and online therapy, focusing on pre/postpartum, trauma, and women's wellness. Experienced therapists use evidence-based approaches to help you overcome challenges and reach your full potential. We accept select insurance and offer sliding scale fees. Specializing in EMDR, REBT, IFS, CBT, and DBT for anxiety, depression, and trauma. Supporting women through life transitions, such as motherhood, career changes, and relationship challenges.
