At St Vital Physiotherapy, we are a team of 6 physiotherapists committed to providing high quality hands-on care to patients of all ages. We treat a wide range of muscle and joint problems. We can help you recover from strains, sprains, and pains resulting from work injuries, sports injuries, car accidents, surgery, fractures, arthritis, foot problems, sciatica, headaches, and even 'seasonal' injuries from raking and snow shoveling! Our therapists have extensive orthopaedic & manual therapy training which allows for a 'hands-on' approach to your treatment, progressed to self-management through education and personalized exercise programs. St Vital Physiotherapy offers treatment through manual therapy techniques, various modalities, and acupuncture for pain relief. We also offer spinal manipulation, dry needling, neurofascial work & STOTT Pilates Instruction. A doctor's referral is not needed in most cases, and we offer direct billing to your insurance company where available.
